Below you will find the Terms & Conditions applicable when making a purchase from SAP. Latex (www.sap-latex.com)

SHIPPING
All orders will be acknowledged in 48 hours. If there are any amends that you would like to make to your order, please let us know within this time frame. We cannot make any changes to an order after this time.
Every piece is made to order, so please allow up to 3 weeks (21 days) for us to make and send you your item. If you have not received your item after 24 days of purchase, please get in contact with us at sap.latex@gmail.com.
We are happy to offer free shipping in the UK with every order. To ensure that you receive your order when required, please ensure to factor in order processing time with the shipping service. We’re UK based for now, but if you’re from anywhere other than the UK then drop us an email and we’ll see what we can do.
If you have requested a bespoke item, please take into account this could affect your lead time and how long it will take to receive your item.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We’re confident that you will love your SAP. piece as soon as it gets to you. However, if this isn’t the case for whatever reason, please email us at sap.latex@gmail.com to enquire about request for exchanges & refunds, and see below for our policy on exchanges & refunds:
We can offer exchanges and refunds on the following pieces:
· Ash
· Juniper
· Sycamore
· Willow
· Birch
· Pine
For the avoidance of doubt, the pieces that cannot be exchanged or returned are:
· Waka
· Blossom
· Palm
This is due to hygiene reasons.
We offer exchanges for the approved listed items that are bought at full price received back to us in original condition* within 30 days of purchasing.
Sale items and bespoke orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
*By original condition we mean clean, undamaged and unworn items and original hang tags attached. Exchanges not abiding by this policy will be returned to the sender. We will not accept any item that has been stained, marked, damaged or scented.
Postage costs for exchanging or returning items are not covered by SAP. Latex and are the responsibility of the customer. We would recommend sending the items back using tracked delivery as the responsibility of the item(s) is of the customer until it reaches us.
Please note that the refund will not include original shipping costs.
Once we have accepted your refund request and receive the returned item(s), we will begin to process the refund and will notify you once this has been completed.
We take your privacy very seriously and we will respect your privacy at all times. This privacy policy sets out how SAP. Latex uses and protects any information that you give SAP. Latex when you use this website.
Any purchase you make we will collect certain information to fulfil your order. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to any third parties third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

MATERAL – 100% latex. We are not liable for anyone who has an allergic reaction to latex, so if you have a latex allergy or suspect you have a latex allergy, please do not purchase any of our products. 100% recyclable and biodegradable material
CARE – do not machine wash, simply wipe down pieces with soap & water and leave to dry. Keep in a dark place – exposure to the sun can bleach the colour and damage the item. Please handle very delicately – latex can be damaged very easily with sharp objects (including long nails!). Treat it well and it’ll last a lifetime.
